Danny Lin is the Managing Director of Medinde Projects.

Danny Lin is a diligent, thorough and versatile domestic and commercial builder with civil and structural engineering background and have more than 10 years’ industry experience. 

As a civil and structural engineer, Danny Lin has previously led development teams on domestic residential projects including new homes, house extensions and alterations, retail and commercial extensions and alterations, high rise and low rise apartment buildings and subdivisions for multiple townhouses.

He has solid technical training and on-site operational knowledge. He has considerable experience in building design, construction and providing expert advice and solutions to clients.

He reviews architectural and engineering designs, proposals, requirements, technical specifications and support project design estimates, prepare council documentation and detailed construction diagrams. He can prepare conceptual designs, contract plans and documentation and final master detailed plans and designs to satisfy varying building regulations, with a proven ability to effectively visualize architectural concepts and design ideas and translate them into solid and comprehensive plans and detailed designs.

Danny liaises and engages with councils and local authorities to gain necessary approvals and ensure that all applications and documentation complies with relevant codes and regulations. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the Building Code and a strong background in residential construction materials and techniques.
